a galvinized steel tubing framing system,
is based on the concept of "overkill". Our buildings are STOUT.
Why? because we are using "core technology". Instead of "crushing" (doesn't that just sound wrong?) the metal member to enable it to fit into the next member theCOREsystem™ introduces a metal insert or "core" bridging the connection between the joining pieces. While this is a simple solution, often the best answers to problems are in fact extremely simple.

HOW JOINTS ARE FORMED

The "core" is securely attached to both steel framing members with a total of 8 stainless steel machine screws at each and every connection.

Typically we use 14 gauge 2" x 3" galvanized steel to manufacture our building framing members and 12 gauge 1 7/8" x 2 7/8" galvanized steel for the "core". (Other gauges and sizes are used when called for by engineering).

Because we produce all of our manufacturing on site at our factory, we are able to monitor the quality of every piece of metal that comes out of our plant. We are committed to producing a superior product.
